“I offer mental health and addiction counseling services that are grounded in trauma-informed contemplative and somatic practice, ongoing advances in modern neuroscience, and evidence-based models of psychological healing”

Welcome – and thank you for your interest in the possibility of working together. Choosing to work with a new therapist is a deeply personal and sometimes difficult decision; especially when considering the balance of vulnerability and trust that’s typically required to make progress toward your mental health goals. My approach is highly relational, empathetic, compassionate, and collaborative – all of which are essential qualities when working with adults and teens (age 15+) who are focused on overcoming anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction-related challenges; often with additional concerns that tend to appear alongside these conditions.
